Yes. You define every service you sell, with its own category, duration and price, and you can change them at any time.

Yes. Invite staff by email and give each person a role that matches their job. How many seats you get depends on your plan.

Do I have to set everything up at once?

No. You can leave parts of the setup for later and turn modules on when you need them. If you set up with Buddy, any section of its proposal can be marked 'decide later'.

Each pet has its own record under its owner: breed and age, feeding, medication, allergies, behaviour notes, photos and vaccination records with expiry dates. The record travels with the pet's bookings.

Yes. Care notes live on the pet record where your team will see them, and vaccinations are stored with expiry dates so lapsing records surface before the next booking.

Does Buddy change my business settings on its own?

No. Buddy proposes; you decide. Nothing is created or changed until you review it and confirm, and any part of a proposal can be edited or left for later.

Yes — that's the whole design. You see the full proposal, section by section, and can edit every recommendation before creating anything.

How is my business data handled?

Your business's data belongs to your business and is kept separate from every other business on JAP. Access is controlled per account and per role.

Can different team members have different access?

Yes. Roles decide what each person can open. Owner-level settings, billing and plan changes stay with the owner.
