Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of JAP (Justaskpet). By creating a business or signing in, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

Every business starts with a 10-day free trial. No card is required to start. After the trial you choose a plan priced only by staff headcount: Starter, Business or Pro. Every feature is included in every plan. Changing plan is prorated from the day you change it, and you can cancel at any time.

Subscriptions and any payments you take from your own clients are processed by Stripe. Stripe's fees are charged by Stripe. JAP never handles raw card details.

The client, pet and booking records you enter belong to you. You can export them at any time, and we delete them when you ask, except for invoice records we're legally required to retain. See the privacy policy for detail.

• Only upload client and pet data you're allowed to hold.
• Don't attempt to access another business's data, probe, or overload the service.
• Don't resell JAP or use it to send unsolicited marketing.
• Keep your credentials secure; two-factor authentication is available and recommended for owners.

We aim for continuous availability but don't promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Cancel at any time from Billing; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Early-access customers are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from their first payment.

JAP is provided as-is to the extent the law allows. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
