- Is JAP Osteo different from the rest of JAP?
- It's the same product with the osteo pieces switched on: appointment types sized to a consult, practitioner and room scheduling, intake forms and visit histories. If you later add grooming or boarding, it's the same clients, staff and invoices.
- Can owners book online without double-booking a practitioner or room?
- Yes. The booking page only offers times where the practitioner, the room and your buffer rules all line up. If a slot is taken while someone is filling the form, it disappears rather than becoming a clash.
- How does JAP reduce no-shows?
- Confirmations go out the moment a booking is made, a reminder lands the day before, and a follow-up prompt goes out after the session. When someone cancels, the freed slot can be offered to your waitlist automatically.
- Can I collect intake information before the first visit?
- Yes. Build your own intake form, including chief complaint, previous treatments and vet details, and attach it to the appointment type. The answers land on the patient record before the owner walks in.
- Is it hard to migrate from my current system?
- Most practices are running within a few days. You can import clients and pets from a spreadsheet, set up your appointment types and hours, then share your booking link. Nothing to install.
- Do you support GDPR and data export?
- Yes. Data is stored in the EU, access is role-based, and you can export or delete any client's records on request. Sensitive actions are logged.
- Does it work on phone as well as desktop?
- It's the same app in any browser, built for phone-sized screens too, so you can take notes and payments during a home visit.
- What if I have multiple locations?
- Each location can have its own rooms, practitioners and hours, with one booking flow for owners and one place for you to see the whole week.
