- Can JAP handle drop-ins and regulars in the same day?
- Yep. Regulars run on a repeating schedule you set once, and a drop-in takes about ten seconds to add at the desk. Headcount updates the moment a dog is checked in, so the number on the screen is the number in the yard.
- Does it keep track of playgroups?
- It does. Dogs go into the groups you've decided on, and pets that shouldn't be together are flagged when you try to put them in the same group. The decision is still yours; JAP just refuses to let it happen quietly.
- How do daycare packages and punch cards work?
- Sell a ten-day package, and each visit counts one off automatically. When someone's near the end you'll see it, so you can mention it at pick-up instead of finding out after they've used four days they never paid for.
- Can parents see how the day went?
- Send a photo and a couple of lines from your phone and it shows up in their portal. Nothing fancy required: most teams send one or two a day and clients love it more than they'd admit.
