Grooming software that keeps every appointment on schedule.

Slots sized to the coat in front of you, add-ons chosen at booking, care notes that follow the pet, and reminders that fill next month while this one is still running.

JAP is one flat-price app for independent salons and mobile groomers: appointments, pet records, reminders and payments together instead of in four places. Free to start, then $20 to $60 a month depending on how many of you there are.

Add-ons chosen at booking, not remembered at the desk.

Clients pick nails, teeth, de-shed or a facial when they book online. Each extra adds its own time and price, so the schedule and the invoice both match the groom you're about to do.

Questions groomers ask before switching

Does JAP work for a solo groomer or a mobile grooming van?
It does. Run it on your phone between appointments. The free plan covers a light book, and one person on Starter is $20 a month. Nothing in JAP assumes you have a front desk.
Can appointment lengths differ by breed and coat?
That's the point of it. You set how long a groom takes per breed, coat and groomer, and the add-ons a client picks push the slot out on their own. A doodle full groom stops getting the same hour as a shih tzu tidy.
Do add-ons like nails or de-shed end up on the invoice?
Whatever was picked at booking or added at the table shows up as its own line at checkout. Groomer commission comes off the same lines, so you're not rebuilding the maths at the end of the week.
Will JAP remind clients to rebook?
Yes, a confirmation goes out the day before, and a rebooking prompt lands on that pet's usual cycle with a time already suggested. Clients reply, the slot's held. It's the least glamorous feature we have and it earns its keep.

Keep the table full and the day on time.
