Decide how you sell blocks
If you sell packages of sessions, record them consistently so progress is countable.
Set up client records
The handler matters as much as the dog — keep contact details current.
Write session notes as you go
A short note after each session is what makes the next one useful.

- Send the owner a short summary of what to practise.
