How to add your services
A service is the thing a client books: a night of boarding, a day of daycare, a full groom, a 30-minute walk. Each one carries its own duration, price and category, which is what makes scheduling and invoicing work without manual arithmetic.
What you end up with: A service list your team and your clients can book from.
Steps
List what you actually sell
Write your real service names first — the ones you'd say on the phone — before you touch the screen.
Add each service
Give it a name, a category (boarding, daycare, grooming, walking or sitting), a duration and a price.
Set durations honestly
Include the time you really need, not the time you'd like. Durations drive how many appointments fit in a day.
Group your variants
Small/medium/large or short/long versions of the same service are separate entries, so pricing and timing stay accurate.
Review the list end to end
If a service is confusing on this list, it will be confusing to a client too.
Recommended setup
- Start with your five or six most-booked services and add the rest when you need them.
- Keep names short and plain: 'Full groom — medium dog' beats 'Deluxe spa experience'.
- Price add-ons separately so an invoice shows what the client actually got.
Tips
- Service categories carry a colour through the calendar, filters and analytics — one glance tells you what kind of day it is.
- You can edit prices later; existing bookings keep the price they were made at.
